Zoe Barnett plays classical guitar

Join us for a wonderful afternoon concert featuring solo classical guitarist and Royal College of Music alumna, Zoe Barnett.

Born into a musical family, Zoe began playing the guitar at the age of four and quickly emerged as one of the most exciting young voices in the classical guitar world. Her performances are marked by artistry, imagination, and a distinctive approach that continues to captivate audiences.

As a soloist, Zoe has appeared at renowned venues including Wigmore Hall, the Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall, and Kings Place in London.

Zoe is widely recognised for her pioneering technique of performing standing up, described as “a total engagement and communication of the performer’s mind, body, and soul.” This innovative approach adds striking energy and intimacy to her playing, offering audiences a unique and immersive concert experience.

Zoe is proud to be a D’Addario Artist and performs on a guitar handcrafted by Wimbledon-based luthier Nick Branwell. Zoe recently graduated with a Master’s degree from the Royal College of Music, where she studied with the generous support of the Derek Butler Trust.
