Club Membership

tirely voluntary basis, by its members who contribute in different ways. These may include helping with washing up after dinners, setting up the studio and supervising open drawing sessions. Members also participate by both attending and organising events.

The number of club members is restricted in part by the size of the studio. There have only been 1,400 members since the founding in 1897 and we run at a capacity of members with a predominance of ‘working’ members over ‘Lay’ members.

Club members are expected to participate in the running and functioning of the club; helping each other to enjoy themselves.
